This weeks theme I want to share as many as I have but for now, I am selecting on these three. Very different from each other, in the subject, location and times. I hope you will enjoy these pictures with a little piece of information.

This Picture is from Regina Legislative Building (1908). The architecture is mostly stone. Inside the building the library, a huge library is situated actually open to the public and containing some 5,000,000 titles.

The Rock Garden of Chandigarh is a sculpture garden in Chandigarh, India. It is also known as Nek Chand’s Rock Garden after its founder Nek Chand, started the garden secretly in his spare time in 1957 he was a government official. He used to collect all the junk and waste material and created sculptures on this site. Today it is spread over an area of 40 acres. It is completely built of industrial and home waste and thrown-away items.
The fallen leaves from last fall spread all over the backyard!

Please, awake…Spring here!

Awakening -The unsprung Spring 🙂

From yesterdays pics. The Spring is still awaited in some parts of the world, can you believe it! 🙂 I had to literary see very close to plants and trees if there is an awakening, and just a few of the trees have these budding signs of spring. Sharing with you 🙂

The below images are something, I am little scared of, SNAKES!

We were in Bhopal, and on the insistence of kids, we went to this Zoo. Van Vihar National Park situated in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. It has Snake  Interpretation Center as well. As they were inside the glass, it was easier to see them, Otherwise…..

During our visit, it was time for awakening, and they were coming out of their hibernation cycle.

The snakes were kind of dancing over the sticks, amazing, how could they manage to hold their body in the air. They held their body in the air for quite long, I even recorded the video of their dance.

Snake dance without any music, awakening! At first glance, it was hard to recognize if it a wooden stick or the snake!
This Python was just trying to climb and looked at me whenever I tried to see him. Thankfully the net was there in between two of us 🙂

Today’s Smile :)

I am aware that WPC challenge is for photos and theme is SMILE! 🙂 I am sharing something I am still smiling, because of that, I hope you will feel the same smile after reading this.

We were heading to our home, and in between my husband reminded that we have to return our library books, this is due today only. So, we decided that he will pick up books from home and we will go to the library. My four-year-old daughter unaware that we all are going to the library asked, ” DaAAAd, can I also go to the lahy-bayrry, with you”. Instead of ‘library’, she pronounces it as “lahybayrry” and when she says it, it seems like some sweetness, is melting through your ears. I told her that it sounds so cute when she says lahy-bayrry with so much of innocence, and she was like ‘ummmmm’. (As a mother I was little confused should I correct her or should I enjoy her innocent phrases and sound. And I chose not to correct her for at least this one, I know she will learn the correct words soon.)

And this is what she painted in one of the kids-painting section in the library. (one of the bunch she painted today). 👇

She wanted to make it funnier, as told by her big sister 🙂

After completing she tried the dark brown on his face, ah maybe she was trying to make, it look, like if he/she/it (I am confused 🙂 not sure what is this actually) has eaten some chocolate.

Please share with me, if you smile 🙂

Favorite Place-Go…Goa🏖!

I found another favorite place, I just wonder still there is time for next WPC challenge. I might find some more by the next Wednesday :). We had a vacation in this place called Goa, it’s kind of all time favorite not for me only but for all. The beautiful architectures, clean beaches, green/blue sea and clear blue sky makes it a perfect place to enjoy the nature, and spend some time admiring the sea and its continues waves. Or even observing fisherman, managing their boats and nets, can be enthralling.

The smallest state, Goa, is situated at the western side of India, bound at the west coast with the Arabian Sea. The two Indian states surround Goa, are Karnataka and  Maharashtra. Being a former Portuguese province, the Portuguese architecture and design can be seen everywhere.

It looks nature works as a messenger and gives us the guidance to live in a healthy manner. Just like waves of the sea conveys that existence is momentary, and the only, sea exists, not the waves!
